Pavel has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Before joining ActiveCloud, he worked for Beltelecom, Delovaya Set, Belarusian Cloud Technologies, Velcom, and Grodno Garant. Pavel has implemented such major projects as Fixed B2B, GPON Bobruisk, M&A Atlant Telecom, M&A Gomel Garant+Teleset.

Anna has more than 15 years of experience in HR. She has implemented organizational development and efficiency improvement projects in wholesale (FMCG, B2B) and retail, manufacturing, and service sectors (B2B, B2C). Graduated from International College for Business Trainers and completed a postgraduate program of the Belarusian Ministry of Economy. EBRD’s International Consultant for Organizational Development, Trainer of EBRD’s Women in Business program (Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan), Trainer at IPM Business School.

Elena has worked for international holding companies for more than 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operations Officer. She is highly competent and has vast experience of working with BIG4, EBRD, IFC, and АССА DipIFR.

Experience in IT as an engineer, team lead, architect for over 16 years, and since 2014 Sergey has been in the ActiveCloud team. He is a specialist in the field of virtualization systems, information security, design and implementation of high-load systems. VMware vExpert.

Has 15 years of background in implementing software solutions for the telecommunications sector and hosting. Before joining ActiveCloud, Ruslan held managing positions at Velcom. He became part of ActiveCloud’s team in fall 2011.

Dmitry has been working in the telecommunications and IT sectors for more than 15 years. Before joining ActiveCloud, he was employed by Delovaya Set, Velcom, and Synesis. His responsibilities included legal support of FixedB2B projects and of the national public security monitoring system.
