ActiveCloud has confirmed conformity to the new version of information technology service management standard ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and continues to provide high quality services to its customers.
As a result of the IT services quality management system audit, the certification body acknowledged its conformity to the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard in respect of the company’s key services:

provision and technical supportof hosting,cloud solutions and cloud infrastructure services.
As part of recertification audits conducted in December 2019, ActiveCloud was also able to confirm its conformity to international standards for information security management (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) and quality management (ISO 9001:2015).
“By confirming conformity to the new standard, which was announced by the International Organization for Standardization in September 2018, we have proved that ActiveCloud’s IT service management system, which was certified in 2016 according to the 2011 version of the standard, has been developing in accordance with the needs of the time and is able to efficiently support the progress in strategic areas.
